Angela Guadamuz, CBP
Angela Guadamuz is a Branch Chief with the Electronics Center of Excellence & Expertise over the Validation and Compliance Division. She started her career with Customs in 1992 as a secretary for the Port Director in the Port of San Francisco, CA. She became an Import Specialist in the Electronics commodity in 2001 and a Supervisory Import Specialist in 2011. She joined the Electronics Center of Excellence & Expertise in 2016, which is based out of Long Beach, CA and she is physically located in San Francisco, CA. Angela has been with Customs and Border Protection for 30 years.
Heather Litman, GDSLK
Heather Litman is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt LLP (“GDLSK”), a Customs and International Trade law firm. Heather has over twenty years of experience in helping domestic and foreign-based companies to establish, maintain, and optimize compliant international trade programs. Over the years, Heather has represented clients in a full range of traditional customs matters and has litigated disputes before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Dirik Lolkus, CBP
Dirik Lolkus is a Supervisory Import Specialist with the Electronics Center for Excellence & Expertise. A CBP Import Specialist since 1988, Mr. Lolkus has been dealing with electronics on behalf the agency since 1994. Mr. Lolkus has a Bachelors of Arts degree in political science from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Arts degree in political science from the University of Southern California. He is assigned to the Validation & Compliance division and is physically located at the Port of Los Angeles in Long Beach, CA.
