Profile Mr. David Harlow is the President & CEO of ITC-Diligence, Inc. (ITC). ITC was founded in 2002 as an International Trade Consulting Firm and a second generation National Corporate Custom House Broker. ITC provides a unique blend of international trade related services to importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, public utilities, and local government, focusing on CBP and the Foreign Trade Zone. David Harlow represents four of the nine Grantees in Southern California and assists regions, cities, and businesses with the implementation and oversight of the FTZ Program. Additionally, ITC provides services in eight different states while continuing to grow. Mr. Harlow, a California native, received his U.S. Customs Brokerage License in 2004. He has spent the last 10 years specializing in the textile industry, footwear industry, and Foreign Trade Zone industry. He began his career with Fritz Companies and Norman Krieger, Inc. Mr. Harlow spends his free time actively participating in the Los Angeles Small Business Commission, Brokers Association, NAFTZ, IVEDC, and the SCFTZ, but most importantly with his wife, Dawn, and three children, Andrew, Adam, and Emma.
