Tomorrow is the twentieth anniversary of the September 11th attacks. There are more than enough places online to look back at that day and the intervening two decades of changes to our way of life, but for people in the business of international business, we remember what happened when one of the world’s busiest airports and two of the world’s busiest seaports were silenced for days.
